Hi, I’m William Coombs, Northeast Territory Manager at Dairy Tech. I have a Master’s in Agriculture and a background in animal health, with experience supporting swine and ruminant producers in Australia. Now based in the U.S., I’m here to help farms improve calf health using our proven colostrum pasteurization systems.

I work with dairies across the U.S. to support healthy calves through effective colostrum management. Whether on-farm or in the office, I’m here to help farmers get the most from Dairy Tech’s products and protocols.

I’m Michaela McCracken, Calf Consultant for Dairy Tech. With nearly 10 years in the dairy industry and a degree in Animal Science from Iowa State, I’m passionate about helping farmers raise healthy calves. I’ve seen firsthand how clean, quality colostrum makes all the difference, and I’m excited to support dairies across the Midwest.

When I’m not taking out the trash at DTI, I am in charge of Global Business Development. Most of my time is spent working and training our fantastic dealers internationally.

I’m Jared Vander Schaaf, Northwest Territory Manager for Dairy Tech. I grew up on a dairy in Southern California and earned my degree in Agribusiness from Cal Poly Pomona. With nearly 20 years in the dairy industry—including roles in sales, genetics, and equipment—I’m proud to bring my experience and passion to support producers across the Northwest.

Hi, I’m Michael Lynch, and I’m the California Territorial Sales Manager for Dairy Tech. I have a degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in Livestock Business Management from CSU, Fresno. I have production experience in the swine and poultry industries and look forward to connecting with dairy producers in the state of California and beyond.

I’m Cora Okkema, Territory Manager with Dairy Tech. Growing up on my family’s dairy farm in Central Michigan, I started feeding calves and worked my way up to herdsman, gaining hands-on experience with every aspect of dairy operations. This foundation led me to pursue my Master’s Degree in Livestock Behavior and Welfare at Colorado State University, where I deepened my passion for dairy production science. Today, I’m thrilled to work alongside farmers and calf care teams, helping them turn their management goals into reality.
